NOTE:

In an ideal world it is better to set and hatch in different incubators. When chicks hatch, as they dry a lot of chick down is given off, which gets everywhere, and also harbours disease. Chicks faeces are deposited from a short time after birth, and other debris i.e. shells is left around.
Hatching in a separate hatcher keeps the "setter" incubator cleaner, and avoids contaminating other set eggs not due to hatch.

We realise that we live in the real world, and therefore the Sigma incubator gives a real alternative to those wishing to purchase a cabinet incubator but cannot afford two.
